Contracts

Contracts with German companies are often subject to German law and for foreign companies or individuals it is usually hard to estimate which consequences certain provisions in the contract may have. In this situation, we strongly recommend specialized legal advice. We inform our foreign clients about the legal situation in Germany and advise them during the contract negotiations and implementation of the contract.

Contract design is always forward looking. Potential conflict scenarios must be identified early and be considered in the context of the specific contract wording. Together with our clients, we identify their individual need and offer solutions - always keeping in mind the goal of achieving the best benefit for our clients.

Advice in conflict cases

We advise our clients in advance of a possible legal dispute. In conflict cases, we lead out- of-court negotiations with the other party and support our clients - if necessary - with advice in pr- and media communication. We have a strong background in media work and excellent contacts to several media companies.

Litigation

We represent clients in litigation in all German District and Appellate Courts - both in preliminary injunction proceedings and in regular litigation.
